Taking Action

  • Why taking action, even small actions are vital in this process.

  • Creating an action plan to making change.

  • Creating a fallback plan for the days you're feeling low, unwell or unmotivated.

Cultivating Balance

  • What realistic balance is and how it can be achieved.

  • How to let go of expectations and the need for perfection.

  • How to prioritise yourself, your health & wellbeing.

Body Acceptance

  • Body acceptance and respect for your body.

  • Movement, exercise and physical activity.

  • Discussing what areas have improved and what requires further attention.
